Welcome to Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  By accessing or using our website, booking services, or engaging with our tours and travel packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Definitions

  • “Volar Cabs & Tour Operator,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Volar Cabs & Tour Operator, the owner and operator of this website and the provider of tour and travel services.

  • “Client,” “you,” “your,” “passenger” refers to any individual, group, or entity making a booking or using our services.

  • “Service(s)” refers to any tour package, cab booking, car rental, or other travel-related service offered by VolarCabs.

  • “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation for any of our Services.

  • “Supplier(s)” refers to third-party providers of services such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, etc., with whom VolarCabs collaborates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By making a Booking or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. If you are making a booking on behalf of others, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and are authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Bookings and Reservations

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including names, dates, contact details, and any special requirements. Volar Cabs & Tour Operator will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or a specified deposit) and our official confirmation email or voucher.

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the website and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices may not include certain taxes, tolls, parking fees, or other charges unless explicitly stated.

  • Availability: All bookings are subject to availability of vehicles, accommodations, and other services at the time of reservation.

  • Special Requests: While we will do our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., specific vehicle type, dietary needs), we cannot guarantee them. Additional costs may apply for such requests.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

  • Deposit and Final Payment: For certain tours or packages, a non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due by a specified date prior to departure. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

  • Additional Charges: You are responsible for any additional charges incurred during your trip that are not included in the original booking price, such as excess baggage fees, personal expenses, or damages.

6. Changes and Cancellations1. Cancellation by Client

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to Support@volarcabs.com or through our designated customer service portal. The date we receive your written cancellation will be considered the effective date for calculating any applicable fees.

  • More than 30 days before departure: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to your scheduled departure date, you will incur no cancellation fees. The full amount paid for the service will be refunded.

  • Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: If you cancel your booking within 30 days but more than 15 days before your scheduled departure date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.

  • 15 days or less before departure: If you cancel your booking 15 days or less prior to your scheduled departure date, the booking becomes non-refundable. No refund will be issued.

7. Refund Mode

All eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that credit card.

8. Refund Duration

Once a refund is approved based on our cancellation policy, the processing time for the refund to appear in your account may vary:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card Refunds: Typically, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. However, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction to your account.

  • Bank Transfer Refunds (if applicable): Refunds via bank transfer may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account once processed.

Please note thatVolar Cabs & Tour Operator  is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or financial institutions in processing the refund.

8.1. Exceptions to Policy

  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government advisories, widespread public health emergencies, political unrest) that prevent the tour/service from operating, Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  reserves the right to offer alternative dates, credits, or partial refunds at its discretion. Specific terms will be communicated if such an event occurs.

  • Supplier Terms: Certain tour packages, flights, or hotel bookings might have stricter cancellation policies imposed by our third-party suppliers. In such cases, the supplier’s specific terms will supersede this general policy, and you will be informed of these terms at the time of booking.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for a booked service without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount, and no refund will be issued.

9. Changes by Volar Cabs & Tour Operator

While rare, Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour/service due to operational reasons, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date, a comparable service, or a full refund, as applicable. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result of such changes..

9. Travel Documents and Requirements

  • Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have all necessary and valid travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other permits required for your destination(s).

  • Identification: You must carry valid government-issued identification at all times during your travel and produce it upon request.

  • Compliance: You are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws, customs, and regulations of the destinations you visit. Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Agent for Suppliers: Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  acts as an agent for various Suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such Suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other loss or expense resulting therefrom.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of, or use of our website or services, or with the delay or inability to access, display, or use our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • Risks of Travel: You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, illness, theft, and delays. Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  is not responsible for any such risks or for any loss or damage incurred as a result. We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

  • Vehicle Condition (for Cab/Car Services): We endeavor to provide well-maintained and roadworthy vehicles. However, in the event of a vehicle breakdown or malfunction during your trip, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle or provide a suitable solution, but we shall not be liable for any delays or inconvenience caused.

  • Traffic Violations/Damages: For cab/car rental services, any traffic violations or damages caused to the vehicle by the client during the rental period will be the sole responsibility of the client.

    11. Insurance

Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, personal accident, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  does not provide insurance coverage, and it is your responsibility to secure adequate coverage.

12. Conduct of Clients

  • Respectful Behavior: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards VolarCabs staff, Suppliers, other passengers, and local communities.

  • Compliance with Instructions: You must comply with the instructions of your driver, tour guide, or any authorized representative of  Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  or its Suppliers.

  • Prohibited Items: Carrying illegal, hazardous, or flammable substances in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.

  • Damage to Property: You will be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, accommodations, or other property due to your negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the VolarCabs website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Volar Cabs & Tour Operator  or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our express written consent.

14. Privacy Policy

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
